MINAMI
MORRIS
about.
Hello! My name is Minami Morris, and I’m a Tokyo based artist. I’m half Japanese and half Canadian, and I’ve spent most of my life moving between different countries, absorbing different cultures and perspectives at a young age. This experience seeps into my work, which explores the internal landscapes of identity, memory, and emotion through figurative abstraction. Each piece is a visual echo—a fragmented reflection of the human psyche—rendered in bold colours, distorted forms, and expressive line work.

Through my creative work, I aim to spread awareness and encourage others to express themselves freely.
